International Buyers interested in AlgarveProperty

Falling prices have contributed to a growth in interest in the Algarve among international property buyers.That is the opinion of John Reilly, managing director of BuyAbroad.com, who explained that Portugal as a whole is a popular destination.Recent figures from homeoverseas.co.uk indicated that the country was the most searched for destination in June, with its figures having risen every month this year.

Mr Reilly noted that prices have fallen significantly in the Algarve, as they were previously much higher than similar places in Cyprus and Spain.International property buyers are being attracted by beaches and the ease of access, he suggested, while cheap flights to Portugal are available.

Commenting on the areas that are likely to be popular among offshore property investors, the expert concluded Vilamoura is top of the list for a lot people and there is property in Vilamoura that previously was out of people’s reach and now is in people’s reach.
