British Airways yesterday launched flights to Cancun, which it describes as 'Mexico's most important tourist destination'.Passengers checking in at London Gatwick were entertained by a Mariachi band before boarding the Boeing 777 long-haul aircraft.BA will provide two weekly services to the destination, which serves as the gateway to the Yucatan peninsula on Mexico's east coast.
