what is the main role for Department of Education?

Many years back, what portions of students were studying in their intermediate standard that was in twelfth standard, now current pupils are studying in their eighth standard itself.Nowadays, parents are very anxious to give their children’s education only in the matriculation board schools.They are degrading government primary schools, middle schools and colleges honestly.Children are also in an inevitable compulsion, strain and even mental tension to bear more standard and portions of burdensome education.Except in very few numbers of matriculation, school board study and government schools, literacy now has become in a new pattern called by heart your entire syllabus and vomit the same in your answer sheets during final examinations.

In many schools, teachers are not enthusiastically developing the brilliance of students in a perfect manner.They are not ready to cultivate student’s general knowledge in each and every aspect according to one’s own natural capacity.They are not ready to explain the syllabus thoroughly and they are not encouraging students first to understand the syllabus and then to read.Then how they are taking class and finishing the entire syllabus?Just they will make students to notice correct answers for all fill up the blanks,choose the correct answers,match the following, write brief answers and for detailed answers.If they have completed their mentioning job to their students, then that lesson is over.Next they will go for another or next lesson.Present Board of Education staff may be also not so interested in changing its pattern of syllabus and examinations.

Especially they have been following the same pattern and style of education for the last twenty years. Since the English language is a world language, learning English language should be one of the main principles to all countries of young students.But in many schools what happens? Teachers are not so particular to teach grammar and English language significantly in a separate style and manner to the students.Students are learning English only by studying their lessons only.There is no school conducting separate classes for teaching English only.Hence, before make admission in any school, parents have to collect a wide range of information and materials about all schools.

Then they have to select the best school from such best quotes and then they have to admit their children for better study.Now days, going for higher education has become so easy for rich people and so difficult for have-nots.Rich people are ready to give donation or capitation to any college and even if students are getting lower marks.And they will get admission to any particular school.Hence there is no chance for higher studies for have-nots and they have no preference for higher studies due to the lack of capacity to give capitation or donation.There is no use of have-nots own knowledge and high scored marks.At present Study Abroad programs have been changing from a mere fashion for ‘having’ people.Nothing for any particular reasons, rich parents are zealously sending their people for abroad education.After successful completion of studies, mostly students have been willing to settle in foreign countries.They have been forgetting to render their service and show their gratitude to their mother country.
