Free computer course

The learning centre at Enterprise House Business Centre in Tibshelf is running free UK online computer courses at Jobcentre Plus in Alfreton but needs laptops to deliver the lessons.UK online is a government-backed scheme aimed at getting more people using the internet but funding cuts means there is no money available for the purchase of equipment.

Learning centre co-ordinator Abby Alden said:We need a number of laptops to enable us to deliver courses to those looking for employment.We’d be very pleased to receive any laptops that people are willing to donate.
