Flights to Dublin to start in November

AER Arann is to launch its new service on the Kerry Dublin route on November 3 with two return flights per day.The first flight from Kerry will be at 07.30am on Thursday with a return flight departing from Dublin at 11.10am and arriving in Kerry at 12.05pm.A second flight to Dublin will depart at 12.30pm and arrive in Dublin at 1.30pm. The evening return flight from Dublin will depart at 7pm and arrive in Kerry at 7.55pm.

Aer Arann has also confirmed that it is to suspend its seasonal service from Kerry to Manchester from November 6 and flights are expected to resume in April.Passengers who have booked on this route for flights after November 6 will be offered a full refund or they will have the option to travel via Cork or Shannon airports on Aer Lingus flights operated by Aer Arann. We have been very happy with the performance of our Kerry-Manchester service but our experience shows us that this is a seasonal route that is busy in summer but not busy in winter when fewer people travel, said Aer Arann Regional Chief Executive Mr Paul Schütz.We will plan throughout the winter for the resumptions of services on the Manchester route and we will work with the airport to review any other possible route options, Mr Schütz said.
