Airlines add more flights to Boston

The trip to the Super Bowl just keeps getting easier for Patriots fans.Several airlines have added flights between Boston and Indianapolis over Super Bowl weekend, including several that don’t normal fly the route nonstop. United Airlines has a special flight back to Logan International Airport on the morning of Feb. 6, and AirTran Airways and Southwest Airlines will be operating nonstops between the two cities on Feb. 3 and Feb. 6.

Along with carrying the Patriots players and their families on charter flights, Delta Air Lines will be flying bigger planes on its regularly scheduled flights to accommodate fans.As previously reported, US Airways has also added a handful of extra nonstop flights between Boston and Indy, and Southwest is operating special nonstops between Indianapolis and T.F. Green Airport in Providence.
