Study and go abroad fair

The Spring Study and Go Abroad Fair circuit, which will take place in Montreal on March 3rd at Le Palais des Congrès, offers Quebec students a great opportunity to meet face-to-face with representatives from top-ranked universities from around the world, as well as student travel organizations offering volunteering, internships, and adventure travel. The expo is open to the public and admission is free of charge.

The trend towards internationalizing education in Canada continues in an upward spiral as Generation Y realizes the importance of becoming global citizens.Skills learned while studying abroad can enhance a résumé and differentiate graduates from their peers when applying for that dream job. Students and their families visiting the Study and Go Abroad Fair can meet face-to-face with top-ranked universities from around the world to find out about diploma programs, undergraduate and postgraduate programs abroad, as well as available scholarships.

Exhibiting institutions, some of which rank in the Top 100 universities worldwide, will be showcasing programs in Medicine and Chiropractic Studies, Law, Pharmacy, Hotel Management, Business, Technology, Science, Culinary Arts and many other fields.The event will feature free information seminars throughout the day on a wide range of topics, starting at noon with a guest speaker from Campus France Canada, who will give information and tips on applying for post-secondary education in France. Other presentations will cover studying in the UK, Australia and the USA.Exhibitor profiles, scholarship information and seminar schedules for the Study and go abroad fair can be found online, along with details of our Grand Prize Draw. Prizes include an Ipad 2, a volunteer trip to Latin America and a safari for two in the Serengeti, Africa.
