American Airlines to start flights to New York and Tokyo's Haneda Airport

American Airlines said Monday it would begin nonstop flights between New York and Tokyo's Haneda Airport on Jan. 20.To promote the service from New York's Kennedy Airport, the airline said customers could earn up to 15,000 frequent-flier miles for flying first or business class roundtrips on the new route through April.Passengers in coach will get smaller bonuses of 10,000 and 5,000 miles, the airline said.
