Airlines (PIA) will operate extra flights to deal with the passenger rush during Eid .The airline will be operating three special flights on the busiest sectors of Sialkot, Lahore, Peshawar, Karachi, and Islamabad on August 16 and 18.A special flight, PK292, will depart Muscat on August 16 to Lahore at 02.50 pm and reach Lahore at 6.30 pm local time. The same flight will proceed to Peshawar at 9.15 pm, landing there at 10.15 pm.For passengers travelling to Karachi, PIA has scheduled its flight PK226 on August 18 to catch connecting flights. The flight will leave Muscat at 3 am and arrive in Karachi at 5.40 am. PIA will operate an extra flight for those travelling to Sialkot and Islamabad on August 18 with convenient early morning arrival timings. PK2262 will depart Muscat at 1.40 am and reach Sialkot at 5.40 am.The same flight will them precede to Islamabad at 6.20 am and land at Islamabad’s Benazir International Airport at 7 am.
