Flights to Haneda launched by BA

Flights to Haneda Airport, as it is also known, will be launched on February 19th, with the route being served by a Boeing 777 aircraft.Haneda is likely to prove especially popular among business passengers thanks to its location close to the Japanese capital's business centre.BA also confirmed that its existing daily flights to Tokyo's Narita Airport will continue thanks to consistent good performance.

Elsewhere, the airline announced that direct daily flights to Buenos Aires and Sao Paulo will be introduced on March 27th, with the existing route stopping in the Brazilian city before arriving at the Argentine capital.Meanwhile, BA is planning to increase its flights to Barbados from Gatwick from ten to 12 a week, while services to Antigua will increase from five to six weekly services.
On September 15th, BA began codesharing with Kingfisher Airlines on each other's flights in India, Sri Lanka and the UK.
