For Australians, the new service provides more access to Malaysia and the hub at Kuala Lumpur which makes it easier to fly to all the destinations that Malaysia Airlines services.Sydney is the most popular destination for international tourists and Sydney Airport is conveniently located just 8 kilometres from the CBD. The new flight is therefore also good news for Sydney’s tourism sector as it makes it easier for Malaysians to visit the Australian city they most want to fly to,he added.Malaysia Airlines operates 47 weekly flights from Australia to Kuala Lumpur – Sydney (14 x weekly), Melbourne (14 x weekly), Perth (10 x weekly), Brisbane (5 x weekly) and Adelaide (4 x weekly).
